The Process
This service is different from our standard catalog. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you submit a request to the moment you receive a quote.
Fill in the brand, model, reference number (if known), your condition preference, and budget. Attach a reference photo if it helps describe what you have in mind — anything from a manufacturer image to a screenshot.
Our team reaches out to a trusted network of dealers, collectors, and suppliers worldwide. We only pursue watches with verified provenance — no grey-market shortcuts, no compromises on authenticity.
When we locate a strong match, we send you a detailed special quote: watch condition, provenance notes, price, and any relevant documentation. You get all the information you need to make a confident decision.
You decide. There is no fee for using this service and no pressure to accept any quote. If the watch isn't right, we keep looking or close the request — entirely up to you.
Understanding the Service
Most watch dealers — online or in-store — only sell what they physically have in stock. If you want a specific reference, your options are usually limited to whatever is listed that day or waiting indefinitely for it to appear.
Our sourcing service inverts that model. Instead of you hunting for the watch, we hunt for you. We leverage relationships with independent dealers, auction houses, private collectors, and trading partners across North America, Europe, and Asia to locate watches that aren't sitting in any public listing.
