Yes — authenticity is non-negotiable. Every watch in our catalog has been physically inspected for authenticity before listing. We verify movement, case, dial, and serial numbers against known references and documentation where available.
We stand behind every piece we sell. If any watch is found to be inauthentic after purchase, we will make it right, no questions asked.

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipments are fully insured and sent via trusted carriers. Shipping costs and customs responsibilities vary by destination — we will provide full details when you inquire about a specific watch.
Each listing specifies condition (New or Pre-Owned). For pre-owned pieces, we describe the condition honestly in the listing — including any notable wear, scratches, or service history where known. We never gloss over imperfections. If you want more detail, just ask — we can provide additional photos or descriptions.
We accept bank wire transfer, Zelle, PayPal (for domestic transactions), and in some cases other arrangements for verified customers. Full payment details are provided during the purchase process. We do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.
Each transaction is handled individually. Because watches are high-value items, we encourage buyers to ask every question upfront and request additional photos before committing. We evaluate based on current secondary market pricing, the watch's condition, reference, year, and completeness (box, papers, accessories). Watches with original box and papers typically receive stronger offers. We aim to provide fair, market-based valuations — not lowball offers.
Yes. Use the Trade / Sell form and mention in the notes that you are interested in a trade. We will value your piece and apply it as credit toward any watch in our inventory or one we source for you.
If the watch you want is not in our current catalog, we can find it for you. Our sourcing service connects you to a global network of trusted dealers, collectors, and suppliers. Submitting a sourcing request is completely free and carries no obligation. If we find a watch that matches your criteria, we present you with a special quote. You decide whether to proceed — no pressure, no upfront fees.
It depends on the rarity of the reference. Common models can often be located within days; rarer or limited references may take a few weeks. We keep you updated throughout the process and will only present a watch when we are confident in its provenance and condition.

No. BH Watches is an independent dealer. We are not an authorized dealer for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier, or any other brand. All watches are sold as independent secondary market pieces, and all brand names are used for descriptive purposes only. We hold no brand affiliation and operate entirely independently.
